Organic milk is now commonplace is most US grocery stores.

Grass-fed cows produce milk with more vitamin E and heart-healthy omega-3 fats than cows fed grains, organic standards don't require that cows be solely grass-fed. (Farmers must use organic fertilizers and pesticides and may not give cows preventive antibiotics or supplemental growth hormones; animals must have access to the outdoors year-round and at least 120 days per year of grazing.) Organic dairy cows can't be treated with antibiotics or hormones, and the food they eat has to be grown with organic fertilizers and pesticides. The cows also have to spend some amount of time grazing from pasture. Organic dairy practices are generally thought to be more humane to the dairy cows than conventional milking. No studies have shown organic milk to be healthier or higher in nutrients than conventional milk.

Dr. OZ says:

Studies have also found that hormone-treated cows don't have increased levels of hormone in their milk compared to cows not treated with hormones. In addition, no studies have shown that milk from cows treated with hormones causes any health problems in people who drink it.
