occasions on and off the farm, depending upon availability. Our
beef is 100% Antibiotic and Hormone Free, Grass Fed, Black
Angus. We allow the steers to get a little age on them before
they go off to the butcher. This allows them to get fat off of
the natural WV grasses that surround them. Then we allow the
meat to hang for 21+ days. The marbling and flavor of Sandy's
