Unlike the mega-dairies, we know each cow individually (yes, you can memorize cows by their spots!) and they are not treated with any growth hormones. Since our farm has been handed down from generation to generation, our cows have the advantage of large "open-air" pastures with newer "free-stall" beds where they can come in from the elements and comfortably lay down at their leisure. We found an Amish artisan cheese maker through the "Bovine Grapevine" and developed our signature flavors. Unlike the cheeses you will find in the grocery stores, our cheeses are all natural and individually cut by hand. Our ALL NATURAL gourmet cheese, ice cream, butter and milk are top quality because we control every aspect of the production - from growing the feed to placing the labels on each individual pack. Our milk also contains no synthetic hormones, antibiotics or chemical compounds. We have produced the highest grade "A" gourmet dairy products possible. We have a robotic cow that kids can actually milk. Stop in and be greeted by our talking baby calf. We have plenty of outdoor seating next to a pasture of grazing cows. Stop by and relax in the beautiful country atmosphere. Feel free to bring a picnic lunch for our picnic tables, or... purchase one of our gourmet panninis made from the freshest mozzarella cheese around! If you go to the farm when the cows are being milked, you can watch the process from above from our observation deck. Our personalized farm tours can be geared for any age group. See the cows being milked and learn about the whole pasteurization process.
A visitor writes on May 15, 2014: "My children LOVE to go out to the "farm"!! They get ice cream and watch the cows; while I browse for fresh butter, jams, jellies and scrapple!! Everyone is super friendly!! There are cows in the pasture, and smaller cows penned in for the children to see. They make their own fresh ice cream, butter and cheese. It's all delicious!!"
