If you know anything for sure, please write me, their last reported hours were USDA Inspected Red Angus beef (cut and wrapped): Winter Farm Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm (by appointment) Summer Farm Hours: Monday - Saturday from 8am to 6pm (by appointment) Reservations for custom cut quarter, half and whole animals: Reservations began January 1, 2011 and close when we're booked for the year!.
